Pengaruh ModelTalking Stick Terhadap Aktivitas dan Hasil Belajar Matematika Siswa Pada Materi Bilangan Cacah
Abstract
This study aims to see 1) the influence of the talking stick model to the student's mathematics learning
activities on the matter of whole number and 2) the influence of the talking stick model to the student's
mathematics learning outcomes on the matter of whole number. This research is a quasi experiment
research with nonequivalent pretest posttest control group design. The sample of the research was
students of class VII amounted to 40 students. The average of activities and student’s learning
outcomes in experiment class is higher than control class that is 30,65 and 23,60 mean while student's
learning outcomes in experiment class is higher than control class that is 66,15 and 46,65. The result
of the research shows that 1) there is influence of the talking stick model to the student's learning
activities on the matter of whole number 2) there is influence of the talking stick model to the student's
mathematics learning outcomes on the matter of whole number.
